About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure and support Workday modules including HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence (30%)
  • Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business decision-making (20%)
  • Administer Workday security framework including roles, domains, and business process security policies (15%)
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure data accuracy across systems (10%)
  • Support integrations (EIBs, APIs, inbound/outbound feeds) including monitoring and troubleshooting (10%)
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve production tickets, and support releases including SIT/UAT testing (10%)
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives (5%)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience working with Workday
  • Strong experience in Workday Reporting, including complex reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Hands-on experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence
  • Experience managing Workday security framework (roles, domains, business process policies)
  • Exposure to integrations (EIBs, APIs) and data validation processes
  • Experience supporting production issues, ticket resolution, and system enhancements
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and HR systems
