About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct objective, balanced, and thorough investigations into claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other serious policy violations in the workplace.
- Forge trusted relationships with the Employment attorneys, local People & Culture Partners, Security, and other global key stakeholders to resolve complex employment issues.
- Identify trends related to claims and make recommendations to address issues identified.
- Support the People Relations team in conducting investigations in other regions outside of APAC as needed.
- Adopt PR’s values and initiatives while localizing the domestic investigation process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8-12 years of experience conducting employment related investigations
- Demonstrated progressive Human Resources management or employment law experience
- Entertainment or Technology industry experience desirable
- Undergraduate degree required. JD or other applicable graduate degree preferred.
- Must have operative knowledge of local laws governing employment issues
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws is essential.
- Must be able to handle multiple investigations and projects simultaneously
- Must have excellent follow-through and a strong sense of urgency
- Must be able to research and analyze data and findings
- Must be able to utilize diplomacy, assertiveness, and adaptability attributes in dealing with senior executives throughout the organization
