Senior Manager, Advanced People Analytics – Reporting

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the People Analytics leader for India
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior EX and Business Leaders
- Engage with business executives to understand strategic priorities
- Lead analyses combining people data, external research, and business context
- Develop a small team of analysts, setting clear expectations
- Participate in and contribute to global People Analytics initiatives
- Ensure integrity and rigor of analytical outputs produced by the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR strategy, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years in a people leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leaders with data and insights
- Strong skill in translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans
- Deep understanding of the HR landscape and workforce trends
- Analytical proficiency with familiarity in statistical methods
- Ability to work across time zones
