HCM Payroll Associate

• Oversee and manage the successful weekly/biweekly processing of several multi-state payrolls
• Provides support and training on payroll software and time keeping systems to Hotel staff

• Trains and assists properties with the payroll process and weekly approvals
• Processes off cycle checks, reversals and voids

Temporary Payroll Specialist

• The HRFS Consultant - Workday Payroll serves as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expertise in Workday Payroll functionality, configuration, reporting, and best practices.
• This role partners closely with clients to support implementations, system optimization, issue resolution, and ongoing service delivery.
• The consultant is responsible for managing project deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• This position works independently on complex client engagements while developing deep subject matter expertise in Workday Payroll and related HR and payroll processes.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday reports is highly preferred.

HRFS Consultant – Workday Payroll

• Analyzes and manages the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support HR operations.
• Provides technical support for HCM systems and modules involving troubleshooting HRIS data and ensuring system accuracy.
• Develops reports to meet organizational needs, working closely with HR teams, IT departments, and external vendors.
• Configures systems, tests, implements upgrades, and manages data integration for smooth HR system operation.
• Provides training, creates system documentation, and contributes to process improvements for enhancing HR functions.
• Focuses on continuous improvement, user experience, system adoption, and data integrity while leading projects.

HRIS Analyst – Oracle Payroll Solutions Management

• Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for payroll services, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations.
• Sets the strategic direction for Payroll Services, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities while maintaining rigorous compliance.
• Leads and develops a multi-functional Payroll organization, overseeing payroll operations, payroll tax administration, time and absence management, accounting, and systems teams.

Workday Payroll Consultant – Healthcare/Nonprofit

• Serve as the primary SWBC PEO representative and primary contact with assigned clients and shared employees
• Responsible for all aspects of payroll for the assigned employees facilitating timely and accurate processing of multi-state, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll schedules
• Maintains payroll-related accounts and processes multi-state payroll
• Responsible for reconciliation and accuracy of payroll system
• Prepares forms, enters data into payroll system, computes wages and deductions, and posts to payroll records
• Interacts with clients regarding payroll questions and problem resolution
• Maintains and processes appropriate records to support all payroll transactions including salary changes, deduction changes, terminations, and name and address changes
• Works with clients to resolve payroll issues and/or discrepancies
• Processes garnishments
• Collects and ensures new hire paperwork and appropriate documents are processed accurately in the payroll and timekeeping systems
• Maintains W-4 and I-9 documents for all client new hires and processes E-Verify
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

PEO Payroll Specialist I

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review, audit, and approve employee timesheets and payroll data prior to final submission
• Manage payroll adjustments, including bonuses, garnishments, direct deposits, tax withholdings, and address updates
• Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, including missing or incomplete employee data (e.g., unemployment state codes)
• Conduct payroll reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation
• Generate and maintain payroll-related reports, including PTO, bereavement, holiday, volunteer time, and leave tracking
• Prepare labor detail reports and certified payroll reports (WH-347)
• Update and maintain compliance portals for reporting hours and wages
• Support quarterly and periodic reporting requirements, including BLS reporting and MWRs
• Ensure payroll practices align with federal, state, and local regulations
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers in a timely, professional manner

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule in Workday, including regular cycles and off-cycle runs
• Reconcile payroll data prior to each processing cycle and proactively resolve discrepancies
• Monitor stock/equity transaction settlement dates and ensure timely tax deposit execution, including same-day when required
• Audit payroll results to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Execute and validate tax deposits through Workday and ADP SmartCompliance; escalate discrepancies with clear documentation
• Maintain payroll records in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements
• Leverage (or learn) AI-driven payroll tools, including Workday Payroll Agents, to support processing and audit workflows
• Monitor payroll tax thresholds and deadlines, including next-day deposit triggers
• Support year-end activities such as W-2 processing, ACA reporting, and payroll tax reconciliation

Payroll Specialist – Tax

• Assist in managing payroll operations for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Work with employees to capture missing time entries and clarify any discrepancies.
• Assist in reviewing and verifying time records for accuracy and completeness for weekly and bi-weekly payrolls.
• Work with employees and clients to process prior pay period modifications and make timecard adjustments/corrections to support invoicing.
• Process payroll exceptions including overpayments, off-cycle adjustments, etc.
• Assist with processing PTO payouts, garnishments, bonuses, and any other supplemental pay.

Payroll Coordinator – Administrator

• Ensure all internal controls and procedures are followed for accuracy and compliance
• Assist internal and external clients with requests and problems in a timely manner

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll tax rules and regulations to ensure compliance
• Prepare payroll tax payments for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly depositors
