About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accurately processing payrolls as a Payroll Coordinator
  • Acting as a liaison between Clinicians and IES
  • Compiling and processing payroll for several pay dates including bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly
  • Handling payroll for assigned clinical group(s) that can be multistate using UKG Pro software
  • Responding to payroll questions and investigating any issues regarding payroll
  • Maintaining payroll records and backup documentation
  • Monitoring compliance between corporate policy and current federal and state regulations
  • Coordinating with other departments in ensuring accurate payroll processing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years payroll experience, administrative, or related field experience
  • Familiarity with payroll systems
  • Some knowledge of Payroll laws
  • FPC Certification (preferred)
  • Medical payroll experience (preferred)
  • Intermediate-to-advanced excel skills (preferred)
