Payroll

• Accurately processing payrolls as a Payroll Coordinator
• Acting as a liaison between Clinicians and IES
• Compiling and processing payroll for several pay dates including bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly
• Handling payroll for assigned clinical group(s) that can be multistate using UKG Pro software
• Responding to payroll questions and investigating any issues regarding payroll
• Maintaining payroll records and backup documentation
• Monitoring compliance between corporate policy and current federal and state regulations
• Coordinating with other departments in ensuring accurate payroll processing

Payroll Coordinator

General

• Manage assigned book of business throughout the initial and reappointment process
• Prepare provider credentialing files for required ACOs
• Create credentialing files and enters all pertinent credentialing information received from the provider's initial and reappointment application
• Upload supporting documents to the document vault in the company database
• Coordinate file reviews for accuracy and prepares discrepancies for quality review and approval
• Research and obtain verification of clinicians' medical experience, professional references, state licensure, DEA registration, DPS credentials, and other required documentation
• Coordinate with facility, centralized verification services, medical staff, and clinicians to complete privileging process
• Provide routine status updates for each assigned book of business in the system dashboard
• Maintain company database with current documentation, licensure and updated demographics

Provider Credentialing Coordinator

Accountant

• Record and maintain revenue and Accounts Receivable accounts
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare supporting work papers for month-end close
• Prepare invoices to be billed to outside parties
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset and prepaid schedules
• Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of payroll entries
• Post and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
• Prepare recurring financial reports and supporting analytics for management review
• Analyze accounting records and financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards
• Review account activity, research discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Support internal control processes and compliance initiatives
