• Lead training projects across the full lifecycle: needs diagnosis, design, planning, execution, and evaluation
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, governance models, and deliverables
• Ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all training outputs
• Serve as the main interface with client stakeholders at multiple organizational levels

• Collaborate with the Career and Performance teams to ensure cycles are connected to performance and the company’s strategy;
• Deliver trainings and engagement activities for leaders, and facilitate and organize OKR rituals;
• Promote the maintenance and continuous development of the OKR champions program;

• Support the integration of new employees (onboarding and pre-onboarding);
