About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation of in-app guides and announcements using various tools
Work closely with the RHLS Product Manager to implement new program initiatives
Monitor RHLS usage metrics, create and maintain dashboards to report on KPIs
Coordinate and execute A/B testing scenarios within the application
Manage the end-to-end logistics of RHLS-related programs
Serve as a clear, concise liaison between product management, marketing, and technical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Direct experience with Pendo (or similar Digital Adoption Platforms like WalkMe or Gainsight PX)
Strong competency in data visualization and excel
Proven ability to take direction from leadership and pivot quickly
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
Basic understanding of the scientific method or A/B testing principles
Baseline understanding of the Red Hat ecosystem and enterprise learning subscriptions
