About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor organizational trends, communication patterns, and team dynamics.
- Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, or areas of concern before they escalate.

- Help build and improve internal processes and communication systems.
- Document workflows, procedures, and organizational best practices.
- Prepare organizational summaries and leadership updates.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Operations, Anthropology, Sociology, Education, Leadership Development, or a related field.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance people-centered thinking with operational execution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving responsibilities.
- High emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
