About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure, manage, and evaluate development and learning programs
  • Design and implement initiatives focused on competencies, strategy, innovation, and future skills development for leaders
  • Work autonomously based on historical data, diagnostics, and metrics
  • Integrate and align leadership initiatives across the entire learning ecosystem
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze L&D and organizational performance data and indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Learning & Development with hands-on involvement in designing, implementing, and monitoring learning programs
  • Experience developing initiatives and managing leadership training and development programs
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence models for analysis and reporting
  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems / learning platforms)
  • Knowledge of authoring tools for content production
  • Experience in instructional design and innovative learning methodologies
  • Analytical ability to translate diagnostics, data, and historical information into development actions and programs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with leadership
