About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Structure, manage, and evaluate development and learning programs
Design and implement initiatives focused on competencies, strategy, innovation, and future skills development for leaders
Work autonomously based on historical data, diagnostics, and metrics
Integrate and align leadership initiatives across the entire learning ecosystem
Conduct needs assessments and analyze L&D and organizational performance data and indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Learning & Development with hands-on involvement in designing, implementing, and monitoring learning programs
Experience developing initiatives and managing leadership training and development programs
Experience using Artificial Intelligence models for analysis and reporting
Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems / learning platforms)
Knowledge of authoring tools for content production
Experience in instructional design and innovative learning methodologies
Analytical ability to translate diagnostics, data, and historical information into development actions and programs
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with leadership
