About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the Company's Corporate and Leadership Development strategy;
  • Ensure the development of organizational capabilities through corporate programs;
  • Leadership development and design of learning experiences;
  • Strengthen the network of internal trainers/instructors;
  • Contribute to the evolution of a learning culture, the execution of strategy, business growth, and the reinforcement of organizational culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus;
  • Solid experience in Corporate Education, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development (L&D);
  • Experience developing and implementing learning and development programs for managers and senior leadership, as well as experience managing teams, budgets, and KPIs;
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design management, learning methodologies, and LMS platforms;
  • Experience structuring learning paths and journeys aligned to business needs;
  • Strategic profile with strong relationship-building, influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
