Field Engineer

• Responsible for field engineering support of all Precision Inc. products within the assigned territory and/or products including but not limited to technical product performance issues (SAR’s), product applications and gathering of technical data to quote and produce PPI-Global products.
• Respond to customer needs within the assigned territory and/or product range.
• The assigned territory will require a focus on Industrial and Heavy Mining Conveyor products.
• Providing technical support services over the phone for the Sales Ops organization, especially while working in the home office when not traveling.
• On site services include surveys, technical product information, conveyor design training, conveyor component training, problem solving, root cause analysis, and applications engineering.
• Establish good communications and a working rapport with Product Engineering and the Territory Sales team to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.
• Demonstrate proficiency with the use of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Video Conferencing (Zoom and Teams) and email.
• Be responsible for labor reporting when Precision Inc. will charge for field services, to include details of work performed, time required for completion and cost charged to the customer for said work.
• Be responsible for adherence to all safety rules and guidelines as specified by Precision Inc and any facility being visited.

Field Application Engineer

• Lead cyber workflow discovery with customers across AppSec, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, SOC/IR, detection engineering, red team, cloud security, and GRC automation.
• Build and deliver customer-facing demos, workshops, proofs of concept, and reference architectures for AI-enabled security workflows.
• Scope pilots with clear success criteria, data requirements, integrations, evaluation methods, safety boundaries, and human approval points.
• Advise customers on safe implementation patterns, including tool/function calling, structured outputs, sandboxing, data handling, guardrails, auditability, and approval-gated side effects.
• Translate between executive buyers and hands-on security practitioners, helping each audience understand value, risk, and practical next steps.

Field Security Specialist – Cyber Security Solutions Engineer

• Lead commissioning and optimization of advanced BAS for HVAC, lighting, and energy systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues across multiple platforms (WebCTRL®, Niagara, Schneider, Honeywell).

Field Service Engineer – 2nd Shift

• Leads Field Service jobs supporting Cutsforth’s brand, value, and reputation through on-site service.
• Perform installation of products and execution of services according to the job scope pertaining to generator related systems at customer sites including power plants or other heavy industrial sites.
• Prioritize and execute all assigned work following best practices, including job assignments, travel arrangements, and all job-related documentation in the ERP system.
• Ensure work is done completely, in a timely and workmanlike manner according to industry best practices and company processes and standards.
