About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in servicing, maintaining, and repairing medical imaging equipment at customer locations.
Evaluate equipment performance and support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibrations, installations, and repairs to meet OEM standards.
Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network issues under the guidance of senior engineers while developing technical skills.
Document service work accurately and help train end users on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
Communicate effectively with management and team members, providing updates, reporting issues, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Represent the company professionally on-site, maintaining strong customer relationships.
Support continuous improvement by sharing field insights and pursuing ongoing learning in new technologies and repair methods.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferred Experience Equivalent military training or experience in a technical specialty may also be considered.
Minimum of one year of hands-on mechanical and/or electrical experience.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through a combination of work experience and/or relevant training.
Education (or equivalent experience) Associate degree in a technical discipline such as electronics, mechanical engineering, computer technology, or a related field.
Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements, including maintaining a valid driver’s license and meeting all driving-related compliance standards.
