About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in servicing, maintaining, and repairing medical imaging equipment at customer locations.
- Evaluate equipment performance and support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibrations, installations, and repairs to meet OEM standards.
- Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network issues under the guidance of senior engineers while developing technical skills.
- Document service work accurately and help train end users on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members, providing updates, reporting issues, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally on-site, maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Support continuous improvement by sharing field insights and pursuing ongoing learning in new technologies and repair methods.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred Experience Equivalent military training or experience in a technical specialty may also be considered.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on mechanical and/or electrical experience.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through a combination of work experience and/or relevant training.
- Education (or equivalent experience) Associate degree in a technical discipline such as electronics, mechanical engineering, computer technology, or a related field.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements, including maintaining a valid driver’s license and meeting all driving-related compliance standards.
