Business Development Rep

• Jointly establish and support our Business Partners/Distribution network to position ZOLL as recognized partner in government/military market, providing first class pre- and post-sales support
• Achieve targets for sales quota, expense controls, account/market penetration, and business retention.
• Develop an annual government/military market business development plan, updated, and reported upon quarterly.

Business Development Manager – Military, Southern Europe

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners across the EU and GSA markets, ensuring strong relationship management, partner satisfaction, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities to optimise performance within existing partner deployments, improving adoption, engagement, revenue, and overall business impact.
• Drive partner expansion by identifying new opportunities to extend Mondia’s footprint within existing organisations, including new business units, markets, channels, or tenant environments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies, defining objectives, action plans, and initiatives to achieve short- and long-term partnership and revenue goals.
• Own revenue and partnership performance targets, including forecasting, pipeline management, and regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract renewals/extensions to maximise value creation for both Mondia and its partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Business Unit Heads and C- level executives, to identify growth opportunities and strengthen strategic alignment.
• Manage and coach a Partnership Manager and Intern, providing guidance, support, and ensuring effective execution of partnership objectives.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform partner strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Content & Licensing, and Innovation teams to develop differentiated solutions that increase partner value and drive profitability.
• Analyse portfolio and partner performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve results, expand reach, and accelerate growth.
• Identify and secure new strategic partnerships where relevant, primarily with international mobile operators, to further expand Mondia’s ecosystem and market presence.

Business Development Director – Partnership

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery to follow-up, closing, and successful onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients and hitting quota monthly
• Run 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level prospects; uncover pain, establish urgency, and align the right product
• Know when to position which Magic product by becoming a true product expert and match offerings to prospect needs with precision
• Treat every lead like a win waiting to happen by working “not now” leads with discipline and creativity until the timing is right
• Work every deal to completion and don’t let momentum die; follow up persistently, update next steps, and never lose track of potential
• Own your pipeline like a pro while keeping HubSpot clean, prioritize outreach, and maintain deal velocity at all times
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Ops Teams to ensure clients start strong and are set up for long-term success

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business and partnership opportunities across the EU & MEA through proactive prospecting, negotiation, and commercial deal closure.
• Lead outreach and first-line engagement with prospective partners - primarily OTT Apps - through to effective deal closing.
• Effectively present and pitch Mondia's solutions and value proposition to prospect partners, demonstrating commercial benefits that will drive the partnership and ensure deal closure.
• Define objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and partnership goals for the region.
• Own revenue and partnership P&L targets, including regular forecasting and revenue management (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
