About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for enterprise-level solutions, promoting the Asset Management portfolio to utility and industrial customers.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying, developing, and leading significant campaigns to win high-value, complex deals.
  • Leverage existing GE Grid Solutions capabilities and early-stage engagement in key grid deals to proactively integrate and promote Asset Management solutions.
  • Identify and capture digital opportunities by cross-selling the broader GE portfolio to resolve specific customer challenges.
  • Lead proposal teams to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions; establish commercial agreements while leveraging global templates to ensure service delivery.
  • Educate and coach regional sales teams on best practices, processes, and tools to ensure consistent regional performance.
  • Utilize market data to refine regional strategies, launch marketing campaigns, and increase brand awareness while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the European electrical and utility markets, complemented by a strong background in the digital/software business and sales domain.
  • Strong background in Grid Automation/Services or relevant industrial sectors, including power generation and oil and gas.
  • Ability to travel and valid work authorization in the EU.
  • Fluent in English.
