• Develop and maintain a deep working knowledge of the design basis for standard plant mechanical systems of the BWRX-300 technology (e.g., nuclear boiler system, ECCS systems, control rod drive system, cooling and cleanup systems, etc).
• Support gap analysis between standard plant mechanical systems and site-specific requirements, including regulatory requirements and industry recognized mechanical codes and standards.
• Evaluate impacts of site-specific requirements on both mechanical systems and their system and building interfaces.

Lead Applications Engineer – SMR Nuclear Island Mechanical Systems

Engineer

• Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work.
• Prepare, manage, perform, coordinate and monitor the commissioning of the specified systems in a safe and timely manner
• Perform commissioning as per specifications, engineering documents taking into account the safety instructions, environmental protection measures and local regulations.
• Organize and supervise the safe operation of the plant from system turnover from Installation until COD

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Manage financial reporting and closing of projects in accordance with US GAAP.
• Overall project financial leadership – review contract and understand key deliverables, TT terms, cash milestones, payment terms, FX & tax implications; organize budget handover & allocation; ensure project reviews accurately reflect project financial status and drive results to meet & better the As-sold project financials.
• Partner with the Project Team to analyze the execution performance and propose action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks.

• Responsible for setting and communicating the Services ST & GEN strategy to participate on the total global available market (SAS)
• Ensuring understanding of our forecasted outages, emergent work, field resources and tools to support our outage demand
