About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary regional technical authority for CM&U (Contractual Modifications & Upgrades).
Focus on SCADA, software upgrades and cybersecurity solutions.
Identify growth opportunities leveraging data-driven insights from the existing installed base.
Provide critical technical support for SCADA and software upgrades.
Act as the principal GEV representative in high-stakes customer engagements.
Partner with the Sales team to architect CM&U solutions.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor guiding customers through complex technical roadmaps.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Software, or related field).
Minimum experience of 12-15 years in the similar or related field.
Proven experience on SCADA, controls, cybersecurity and digital asset management.
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing, consultative role with an ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills: Experience using data and fleet analytics to build business cases for technical upgrades.
Ability to travel across the APAC region to support customer meetings and site visits.
