About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary regional technical authority for CM&U (Contractual Modifications & Upgrades).
- Focus on SCADA, software upgrades and cybersecurity solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities leveraging data-driven insights from the existing installed base.
- Provide critical technical support for SCADA and software upgrades.
- Act as the principal GEV representative in high-stakes customer engagements.
- Partner with the Sales team to architect CM&U solutions.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor guiding customers through complex technical roadmaps.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Software, or related field).
- Minimum experience of 12-15 years in the similar or related field.
- Proven experience on SCADA, controls, cybersecurity and digital asset management.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing, consultative role with an ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills: Experience using data and fleet analytics to build business cases for technical upgrades.
- Ability to travel across the APAC region to support customer meetings and site visits.
