About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Lead Engineer for Power Quality Products, you will be the technical lead responsible for the successful execution of projects from order intake through to final delivery.
You will own the technical integrity of the solution, ensuring that what was promised to the customer is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will act as the key interface between customers, internal project management, factories, and external vendors, managing technical dimensioning, component procurement, and final documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college.
Some experience in project engineering, product delivery, or technical project management, preferably in Power Quality Products, Power Electronics or High Voltage/Power Transmission/Distribution Systems.
English: Full professional proficiency (essential for international vendor and customer communication).
Finnish: Strong advantage for coordinating with local stakeholders and site operations.
French and/or Spanish and/or German will be an advantage.
