Business Development Rep

• We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Marketing Operations and Business Development Manager to build and run the commercial side of our new transport venture remotely from the Philippines.
• You'll be responsible for getting the business off the ground, setting up the digital infrastructure, driving bookings through paid and organic channels, managing day-to-day operations, and identifying partnership opportunities that keep the vans on the road.
• The founder will be your key contact on the ground. You'll work closely with them but operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Marketing Operations and Business Development Manager

• Identify prospective clients and establish corporate connection through effective business approach
• Develop comprehensive business development plan such as but not limited to targeted clients, telemarketing and bidding efforts
• Secure new businesses within assigned territory
• Manage assigned key accounts from implementation, optimization to stability
• Meet objectives of service delivery, account retention and growth
• Generate new business opportunities with new targets and existing clients
• Assist clients to identify product/services that fit their needs

Business Development Manager, Strategic Accounts

• Identify and source relevant KOLs across different industries and communities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs through outreach, engagement, and ongoing communication.
• Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and compensation to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with KOLs to develop and execute content and campaign initiatives aligned with brand goals.
• Manage both high-volume small KOL partnerships and high-impact large KOL collaborations.
• Conduct face-to-face or virtual negotiations with major influencers when required.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as impressions (IMP), CPM, and engagement rates.
• Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies to improve overall performance and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of campaigns.
• Maintain a strong network of KOL resources to support ongoing and future campaigns.

KOL Business Development Specialist

• The selected candidate(s) will work closely with the CEO, Executive Director, and a small global team.
• He or she will be assigned a set of responsibilities in one or more of these areas: License Sales & Support, International Business Development, Ad Hoc Project Management.

Business Development Associate

• Support outbound prospecting and lead generation activities across target markets.
• Conduct research on potential customers to support new sales opportunities.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the AEC sector

• Assist in day-to-day operational and field support tasks

• Drive the acquisition of new broker and agency accounts.
• Oversee pipeline development to increase and maintain a consistent flow of new leads.
• Own team revenue targets and forecast performance against set KPIs.
• Support key account negotiations and high potential onboarding calls.
• Ensure smooth handover of acquired accounts to Customer Success or Account Management teams.

• Monitor daily sales KPIs such as lead volume, touchpoints, conversion rates, and call activities.
• Set clear goals and track team performance using dashboards and sales CRM tools.

Business Development Manager – Telesales

• Build and execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings with decision-makers.
• Use Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research target accounts and craft personalized outreach.
• Maintain a healthy, self-sourced pipeline aligned to quarterly quota targets.
• Lead discovery calls with prospects to uncover business drivers, operational pain points, and staffing needs.
• Translate prospect needs into tailored SuperStaff solutions across CX, back office, IT, healthcare, and specialized verticals.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and presentations that clearly communicate value.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from first meeting to signed agreement.
• Coordinate with Operations, TA, and Finance to scope solutions accurately and ensure smooth handoff to delivery.
• Partner with the Director of Business Development and the CEO on strategic and enterprise pursuits.
• Keep Zoho CRM fully up to date with activities, notes, and opportunity stages.
• Report weekly on pipeline health, forecast, and activity metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of outbound playbooks, sequences, and messaging.

Business Development Manager

• Navigating corporate structures to ascertain who the buyers and decision maker are.
