Business Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make high volume outbound calls to dental practices and introduce CoTreat in a confident and professional manner
- Book qualified demo appointments for the sales team using a set of clear criteria
- Follow CoTreat outreach scripts and adapt messaging as needed
- Maintain accurate records of calls outcomes and follow ups
- Nurture warm leads from events email lists and previous enquiries
- Quickly identify decision makers inside each practice and secure time with them
- Provide feedback on common objections and market insights to help refine scripts and targeting
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls conversations and booked demos
- Represent CoTreat in a friendly helpful way that supports trust and credibility with dental professionals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in outbound calling or sales development
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and practice managers
- Strong communication skills and clear spoken English
- Confidence in controlling a conversation and guiding it toward a booking
- Ability to follow structured scripts and systems
- Reliable internet and workspace for consistent remote calling
- Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Goal focused mindset with commitment to meeting activity and booking targets
- Experience speaking with healthcare professionals (Nice to have)
- Background in SaaS sales or a similar subscription style product (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM systems (Nice to have)
- Understanding of dental workflows and practice structure (Nice to have)
- Ability to identify buying signals and navigate objections smoothly (Nice to have)
