About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make high volume outbound calls to dental practices and introduce CoTreat in a confident and professional manner
  • Book qualified demo appointments for the sales team using a set of clear criteria
  • Follow CoTreat outreach scripts and adapt messaging as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of calls outcomes and follow ups
  • Nurture warm leads from events email lists and previous enquiries
  • Quickly identify decision makers inside each practice and secure time with them
  • Provide feedback on common objections and market insights to help refine scripts and targeting
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls conversations and booked demos
  • Represent CoTreat in a friendly helpful way that supports trust and credibility with dental professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in outbound calling or sales development
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and practice managers
  • Strong communication skills and clear spoken English
  • Confidence in controlling a conversation and guiding it toward a booking
  • Ability to follow structured scripts and systems
  • Reliable internet and workspace for consistent remote calling
  • Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Goal focused mindset with commitment to meeting activity and booking targets
  • Experience speaking with healthcare professionals (Nice to have)
  • Background in SaaS sales or a similar subscription style product (Nice to have)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM systems (Nice to have)
  • Understanding of dental workflows and practice structure (Nice to have)
  • Ability to identify buying signals and navigate objections smoothly (Nice to have)
