About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify prospective clients and establish corporate connection through effective business approach
- Develop comprehensive business development plan
- Secure new businesses within assigned territory
- Manage assigned key accounts for optimization and stability
- Achieve sales plan objectives
- Generate new business opportunities with new targets and existing clients
- Attend to RFI and RFQ in a timely manner
- Maintain professional relationships within internal departments and external connections
- Analyze and report volume, revenue, gross profit and margin
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development and Key Account Management
- Strong competency in commercial acumen and execution
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships
- Highly proficient in CRM utilization, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
