About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified healthcare referral partners.
  • Introduce the organization's home healthcare services and generate interest.
  • Identify, qualify, and connect with healthcare decision-makers.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the business owners.
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral partners through consistent follow-up.
  • Professionally handle gatekeepers, objections, and initial rejections.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records in Zoho CRM.
  • Document call outcomes, notes, and next steps.
  • Schedule and manage follow-up activities.
  • Track and manage the referral partner pipeline.
  • Use Zoom Phone for outbound calling.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities and appointment-setting results.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Conduct lead research and prospecting for future outreach campaigns.
  • Expand and maintain the referral prospect database as outreach efforts grow.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in healthcare sales, appointment setting, business development, or outbound prospecting.
  • Hands-on experience using Zoho CRM (required).
  • Strong outbound calling and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and business decision-makers.
  • Experience booking appointments and managing follow-up pipelines.
  • Ability to confidently navigate gatekeepers and overcome objections.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Accurate CRM documentation and record management.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Professional, confident, and personable communication style.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable, accountable, and consistent.

  • Experience in home healthcare, home care, or medical services.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and referral-based businesses.
  • Experience using Zoom Phone or similar cloud phone systems.
  • Basic Requirements
  • Must speak and write English clearly and professionally.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding (mandatory).
  • Must be available to attend video meetings with camera on when required.

  • Computer: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Internet: Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
  • Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
  • Video: Working webcam for virtual meetings.
