About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own outbound prospecting across assigned accounts using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Research and engage target accounts within defined ICPs and buying groups
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria and create sales-accepted opportunities
- Partner 1:1 with named Account Executives on account-based outbound strategies
- Ensure high-quality handoff of opportunities, including context, discovery notes, and validation
- Maintain accurate activity, account, and opportunity data in CRM
- Continuously iterate messaging based on AE feedback, win/loss insights, and market signals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Diverse academic backgrounds that demonstrate analytical thinking and strong communication skills are highly valued.
- At least 2+ years in outbound sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology.
- Required
- Experience selling subscription-based SaaS products in a B2B environment
- In-house SDR or BDR experience working directly with Account Executives
- Demonstrated ownership of opportunity quality, not just meetings booked
- Experience with outbound prospecting in an account-based or territory-based model
- Comfort engaging multiple stakeholders across technical and business roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
