Sales & Business Development Representative
Success Matcher RecruitmentSales & Business Development Representative driving client acquisition in EMEA and APAC regions. Seeking a motivated professional for remote work in a commission-earning role.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Prospect and engage founders, business owners, HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and hiring managers.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and business challenges.
- Present and sell recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and other sales tools to drive business development activities.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve sales playbooks, outreach sequences, and prospecting strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity tracking.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and leadership to ensure successful client delivery.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive B2B sales experience, preferably within: Recruitment & Staffing, Executive Search, Human Resources Services, Professional Services, Consulting Services, Business Services
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience using HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM and sales automation platforms.
- Experience creating, implementing, and optimizing sales playbooks and sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Comfortable engaging with decision-makers across multiple countries and time zones.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred qualification)
