Accounts Payable

• Manage day-to-day AP activities, including invoice receipt and coding, payment runs, vendor onboarding and maintenance, and reconciliation of AP subledgers
• Work closely with property accounting, procurement, and offshore finance team to ensure accurate vendor payments and strong internal controls
• Maintain and enforce AP policies and internal controls for approvals, segregation of duties, and payment authorization
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable and provide variance explanations

Accounts Payable Specialist

• Perform General Ledger functions; assure accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional accounting standards and best practices in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Identify, interpret and analyze potential accounting risks and issues
• Research and analyze accounting transactions and contracts
• Identify and execute internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures
• Partner with Finance to determine accounting implications of transactions and perform analytical analyses to utilize when making all material business decisions
• Assist with internal and external financial reporting - including analyzing consolidated results, drafting SEC documents and management review reports, ensuring quality, and administering strict timeline
• Evaluate current accounting practices and policies and drive continuous improvement
• Research and interpret new accounting standards and brainstorm how each applies to GM as well as comply with external 10-Q/10-K reporting requirements
• Build upon prior work experiences to Propose and implement business solutions for more complex business problems with some independent judgement and autonomy- Analyze business results (vs. forecast, budget and prior year), understand and explain changes in business drivers, drive forecast accuracy, and recommend improvements- develop and utilize financial analysis tools to proactively evaluate financial performance and business risk (e.g. financial models, business cases, run rate, advanced data analytics)
• Prepare reporting package for monthly operating review and /or Key performance Indicators (KPIs), selecting the best presentation method for audience
• Support the budget and Long Term plan development. Analyze trends to Establish aggressive yet achievable target
• Form relationships with functional stakeholders and business partners
• Display deep understanding of how position / operating staff impacts the Income Statement and Cash Flow
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation (e.g. streamline process, improve data analytics)
• Effectively communicate financial performance and results of analysis performed to Finance Leadership and Key business partners
• Proactively seeks opportunities to grow (e.g. develop new skills, attend training opportunities, network, feedback)
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

ARAP Analyst

• Perform necessary transactional processing in his/her assignment.
• Meet all the agreed KPIs and complete the tasks in accordance with the SLA.
• Keep updated on all developments and changes relevant to the assigned process.
• Participate in the meetings and share knowledge with the team, especially in initiating and suggesting process improvements.
• Handling queries from counterparts and customers (internal) and escalate any issues which needs immediate resolution to the Team Leader / Supervisor.
• Ensure that the appropriate internal controls are in place and in compliance with Stolt Nielsen’s Policies & Procedures, with IFRS or the applicable GAAP, and with relevant government or regulatory authorities.
• Other tasks which may be assigned by his/ her Supervisor/ Manager including projects to improve systems and processes.

Senior Accounts Payable Associate

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
• Prepare and process payments (checks, bank transfers, ACH)
• Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements
• Monitor due dates to ensure timely payments
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

• Resolving variances between goods receipts and invoice receipts to ensure accurate and timely financial posting

AP Specialist

• Process trade and intercompany vendor invoices in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Perform data validation on purchase orders and invoices following the 2,3,4-way matching principle, standard operating procedures, and internal controls.
• Research, investigate, and gather information to clear disputed invoices.
• Assist in mailbox and repository management.
• Assist in month-end closing activities.

Accounts Payable Specialist II

• Perform daily finance processing and data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all transactions.
• Process high volumes of creditor invoices, verifying completeness and preparing them for approval and payment.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations and monthly credit card and inter-group reconciliations, maintaining accurate supporting records.
• Prepare and execute weekly and ad hoc payment runs in line with finance schedules and controls.
• Manage the accounts payable inbox, responding to queries, resolving issues, and escalating where necessary.
• Maintain organised and accurate financial records, including reconciliations and supporting documentation, in line with audit requirements.
• Support broader finance operations within a high-volume property, hospitality, and development environment, including liaising with debtors, creditors, and stakeholders and assisting with additional finance tasks.

Accounts Payable Officer – Contract-based

• Preparation of journal entries and closing activities
• Responsible for the accuracy of AP and AR transactions
• Maintain and monitor the store’s AP and AR aging
• Assisting in the generation of monthly Payable and AR reports for the client’s Controller.
• Reconcile AR and AP’s GL and SL
• Performs other duties assigned by his/her superior.
• Analyze variances

• Review reconciliations, journal entries, balance confirmations and other reporting requirements.
• Submits period reports on metrics/KPIs/Dashboards.
• Plans, assigns and directs work to the employees in cooperation with the supervisor or manager to manage workload and projects.
• Handles ad hoc tasks to support the objectives of the site and management.
• Responds timely and accurately to the escalations of the Level 1 support.
• Schedules, coordinates and facilitates regular customer communication.

Team Leader – Accounts Payable

• Take ownership of the accounts payable process and keep financial operations running smoothly and accurately
• Support a fast-paced finance team by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring vendors are paid on time
• Play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Process vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and employee expense reimbursements with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure timely payments of vendor obligations while maintaining proper documentation
• Reconcile discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal departments
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audit-ready documentation practices

• Process invoices/payments timely to meet check run/transfer deadlines.
• Processing of incoming email. Matching, coding, tax assessment and policy audit of invoices as applicable.
• Discrepancy investigation and resolution including deductions and system holds.
• Process type assignment of invoices.
• Preparing and processing invoices through the imaging system.
• Auditing and processing employee expense vouchers.
• Processing payments and remittance advices.
• Perform account reconciliations as required.
• Monitor and maintain key department processing reports.
• Assist in month closings.
• Assist other departments with invoice/payment status inquiries.
• Communicate with vendors about payment statuses and account reconciliations.

Accounts Payable Processor

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in accordance with established financial procedures.
• Ensure all invoices are properly coded, approved, and recorded in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process scheduled payments to vendors, including bank transfers and other approved payment methods.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, or account balances.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records, documentation, and audit trails.
• Coordinate with internal departments to confirm invoice details, purchase orders, and approvals before payment processing.
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely settlement of obligations to avoid penalties or service disruptions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accounts payable reconciliations and reporting.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status, invoice discrepancies, and account balances.
• Support compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
