• Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities within the territory of Venice
• Meet merchants face-to-face to understand their needs and present tailored myPOS solutions
• Deliver clear, practical product demonstrations and guide clients through the benefits step by step
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and closing
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your clients to ensure satisfaction and growth

• Establish and grow Forwood’s enterprise sales presence across Italy and Southern Europe, helping shape a regional go-to-market approach for high-risk industries where fatality prevention technology can deliver meaningful operational impact.
• Drive predominantly new business acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, developing and closing large-scale enterprise SaaS opportunities with major organisations in high-risk environments.
• Tailor sales strategies to local customer needs, industry priorities, partner opportunities and market conditions.
• Work closely with Forwood’s regional partners to nurture relationships within major organisations and engage senior decision-makers.
• Build, manage and convert a high-value new business pipeline, ensuring activity, deal progression and revenue targets are achieved within agreed timeframes.
• Lead executive-level sales engagement, including discovery, strategic account planning, proposals, presentations, negotiation and deal closure.
• Position Forwood’s Critical Risk Management System as a life-saving SaaS solution for organisations seeking to prevent serious incidents and fatalities.
• Partner with prospective customers to understand their priorities, operational risks and strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, executives and industry influencers across the region.

Senior Account Executive – Italy and Southern Europe

• Able to autonomously manage your own sales opportunities, engaging new prospective clients coming from Sales Development outreach;
• Balance a high volume of activity, including making contact with new inbound leads quickly and effectively with the view to secure a demo;
• Managing this alongside active sales cycles involving video meetings, phone calls, e-mail, social selling, etc.;
• Understand how to drive deals forward and be an effective closer; able to effectively multi-thread throughout the sales process;
• Manage a high volume of clients, ranging in size and complexity within the SMB market (up to 500 employees);
• Consistently crush your quarterly sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so;
