About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Call and engage hospitality and MDU decision-makers to introduce them to our innovative energy management solutions
  • Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with value-added resellers that can expand our reach within target markets
  • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, in-person presentations, and virtual product demonstrations for the field sales team
  • Partner closely with our lead generation team to prioritize daily outreach activities and maximize results
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within our CRM system
  • Leverage sales enablement and prospecting tools to execute effective outreach and follow-up campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify hotel groups, property management companies, and key decision-makers
  • Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture while striving to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree, high school diploma, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Previous experience (approximately 2 years) in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar commercial role
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools to manage and develop opportunities
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Fluent Italian language skills
  • Greek language proficiency would be considered an advantage
  • A fast learner who is comfortable adapting to new technologies, products, and market segments
