• Design and further development of modules and applications within an overall system, including aligning technical requirements with business units

Senior Manager, Business Development

Field Engineer

• Diagnose and repair all designated products within an assigned service territory, including preventative maintenance, installations and upgrades per specific training, manuals and Carl Zeiss Meditec guidelines.
• Schedule, create, verify and/or modify customer visits as appropriate, by assessing customers’ needs, which may include financial impact to the practice, and patients’ well being.

SAP S/4 Logistics Execution Consultant – Inbound to Outbound

Operations

• Manage day-to-day communication with internal and external customers via email, phone, web portals, shared mailboxes, and EDI systems
• Process customer and dealer purchase orders through SAP Order Management, including: Sales Orders, Deliveries, Goods Issue, Billing Goods Receipts, Invoice Receipts, and Invoice Clearing
• Handle orders from multiple platforms (e.g., web-based portals, EDI systems, and third-party platforms)
• Generate invoices and support accounts receivable processes and documentation
