About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver on-site customer training and application support for specialized ZEISS FESEM/FIB solutions
- Drive new market development through solution introductions and application insights via marketing initiatives and collaboration
- Generate business opportunities within the assigned product portfolio and market segments through active sales support
- Provide sales force training and coaching
- Engage in marketing activities to generate high-quality leads and opportunities
- Deliver high-quality equipment demonstrations and tailored solutions based on customer requirements
- Understand customer requirements and contribute to product performance and quality enhancement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Advanced Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Physics, Display, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly during product development
- Business-level proficiency in English, written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers at all levels
- Preferred: 3 to 5 years of experience in advanced-material research utilizing FE-SEM and FIB
