About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver on-site customer training and application support for specialized ZEISS semiconductor solutions
  • Drive new market development through solution introductions, application insights, marketing initiatives, and collaborative efforts
  • Generate business opportunities within assigned product portfolios and market segments through sales support
  • Provide sales force training and coaching
  • Engage in development of new solutions and lead implementation at customer sites

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Physics, Display, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly during product development
  • Business-level proficiency in English, written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers at all levels
  • Preferred: 3 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor equipment application or failure analysis using FE-SEM and FIB
