About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver on-site customer training and application support for specialized ZEISS semiconductor solutions
- Drive new market development through solution introductions, application insights, marketing initiatives, and collaborative efforts
- Generate business opportunities within assigned product portfolios and market segments through sales support
- Provide sales force training and coaching
- Engage in development of new solutions and lead implementation at customer sites
- Demonstrate equipment and provide tailored solutions based on customer requirements
- Understand customer requirements and contribute to product performance and quality enhancement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Physics, Display, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly during product development
- Business-level proficiency in English, written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers at all levels
- Preferred: 3 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor equipment application or failure analysis using FE-SEM and FIB
