About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and organize internal and external training programs and maintain them in the Learning Management System (e.g. room booking, setting up virtual meetings, participant lists, contact persons for trainers and participants, billing process, creating reports on activities and feedback).
  • Clarify course content with departments and coordinate target groups
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
  • Develop proposals for course design and procure teaching materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approx. 2 years of experience in the areas of administration and/or eLearning
  • An affinity for IT applications and/or learning management systems
  • An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Organizational skills, ability to move operational issues forward quickly with strong implementation and communication skills
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
