Full-stack Engineer

• Build & maintain workflows for lead routing, owner assignment, lifecycle stages, and SLA alerts.
• Implement lead & account scoring aligned to SPICED and the WBD Bow‑Tie (AQL→SQL→Won; Onboarding→Value→Expansion).
• Create reliable reporting (dashboards, cohort & funnel tracking, velocity, activity quality).
• Design Clay recipes for programmatic ICP sourcing & enrichment; multi‑source matching; email validation.
• Automate enrichment → HubSpot sync with robust field mapping, normalisation, and de‑duplication.
• Build “smart lists” for warm outbound (buying signals, hiring, tech install, intent) and push to sequences.
• Maintain reusable Clay components, docs, and QA checks.
• Integrate product‑usage signals (PQLs), billing, and subscription metrics (e.g., via Segment/warehouse/ChartMogul) into HubSpot for scoring and routing.
• Implement partner‑source and distribution deal flows, including lead intake, opportunity registration, and attribution to PAM/Channel.
• Prepare for PRM integration (fields, objects, and sync patterns) when selected.
• Run continuous A/B tests on routing rules, scoring thresholds, sequences, and messaging metadata.
• Document the GTM stack (field dictionary, workflow maps, data lineage) and deliver short enablement sessions.
• Maintain a transparent GTM Build backlog; ship in small increments; communicate changes proactively.

GTM Engineer

Account Executive

• Manage and grow a portfolio of active partners. This includes prospecting, onboarding, training (with enablement team), assisting with proposals and quotes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support partner needs.
• Own and deliver against commercial targets, including recurring, new business, partner-sourced direct revenue, partner influenced revenue, pipeline creation, and deal conversion.
• Identify and develop new business upsell and expansion opportunities within partner accounts.
• Proactively identify new partner-led opportunities, end customers, and vertical use cases.
• Work with partners to uncover new opportunities and bring them into the Yodeck ecosystem.
• Conduct comprehensive demos of our platform, addressing partner needs and demonstrating how Yodeck can enhance their business operations.
• Lead regular business discussions/reviews to understand partners’ objectives, provide ongoing education on Yodeck’s solutions, and explore opportunities for collaboration to support their growth.
• Act as the advocate for our partners within Yodeck, relaying their feedback and insights to help refine our strategies and offerings.
• Actively collaborate with partners and direct sales on qualified joint co-sell opportunities, supporting deal strategy, pricing, and closing.
• Ensure proper deal registration and pipeline hygiene.
• Monitor partner performance, identify gaps, and take action to improve activation, engagement, and revenue contribution.

• Support the delivery and rollout of onboarding, training, workshops, and enablement programs.
• Assist with session facilitation, materials preparation, and post-session follow up.
• Contribute to the reinforcement of sales skills through role-plays, call reviews, and coaching activities.
• Maintain and update enablement content (sales playbooks, processes documentations, guides, training decks, onboarding materials, etc.).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product to support enablement initiatives.
