Account Executive

• Manage and grow a portfolio of active partners. This includes prospecting, onboarding, training (with enablement team), assisting with proposals and quotes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support partner needs
• Own and deliver against commercial targets, including recurring, new business, partner-sourced direct revenue, partner influenced revenue, pipeline creation, and deal conversion
• Identify and develop new business upsell and expansion opportunities within partner accounts
• Proactively identify new partner-led opportunities, end customers, and vertical use cases
• Actively collaborate with partners and direct sales on qualified joint co-sell opportunities, supporting deal strategy, pricing, and closing
• Ensure proper deal registration and pipeline hygiene
• Monitor partner performance, identify gaps, and take action to improve activation, engagement, and revenue contribution
• Lead regular business discussions/reviews to understand partners’ objectives, provide ongoing education on Yodeck’s solutions, and explore opportunities for collaboration to support their growth
• Conduct comprehensive demos of our platform, addressing partner needs and demonstrating how Yodeck can enhance their business operations
• Act as the advocate for our partners within Yodeck, relaying their feedback and insights to help refine our strategies and offerings

Channel Account Executive, Americas

• Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market accounts
• Generate pipeline through a combination of recycled MQLs, inbound follow-up, and structured outbound prospecting
• Build and execute account plans across defined verticals and territories
• Run high-quality discovery, qualification, and demo calls aligned to business outcomes
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and next-step discipline in HubSpot
• Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximise conversion and expansion opportunities
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Account Executive – Mid Market, Americas

• Own the end-to-end sales process for enterprise accounts from initial outreach to contract signature
• Generate and progress pipeline through outbound prospecting (at least 50%), account-based strategies, and high-quality MQL conversion
• Build strategic account plans and engage multiple stakeholders including C-level decision makers
• Lead discovery workshops, value-based demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Leadership to win and expand strategic accounts

Account Executive – Enterprise, Americas

Data Engineer

• - Design, build, and maintain production-grade ELT pipelines from our PostgreSQL production DB and third-party sources into Snowflake, ensuring reliable, timely data delivery to support all downstream analytics and reporting
• - Lead the design and implementation of a Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) in Snowflake, establishing clear layer definitions, ingestion standards, and handoff protocols with the Analytics Engineer
• - Lead the migration from dbt Core to dbt Cloud, including project restructuring, scheduling setup, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and environment management
• - Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting at the ingestion layer — ensuring pipeline stability and proactive issue detection before downstream impact
• - Define and enforce data contracts with upstream Engineering teams; manage Snowflake environment including roles, permissions, warehouse sizing, and cost optimisation
• - Design and implement reverse ETL flows to push enriched data back into third-party tools (e.g. HubSpot); document pipelines and ingestion logic to reduce key-person risk

Senior Data Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Triage and route inbound leads including free signups, website intent visitors, inactive leads, webinar attendees, and content downloads.
• Respond rapidly to hot inbound leads within defined SLAs to maximise speed-to-lead conversion rates.
• Qualify Mid Market and Enterprise prospects and hand off SQLs(Sales Qualified leads) to Account Executives with complete context and clear next steps in HubSpot.
• Identify key stakeholders within target accounts and provide Account Executives with actionable organisational insight.
• Manage nurture sequences for “Not Now” opportunities to maintain engagement and future conversion potential.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline in HubSpot by accurately logging activities, notes, outcomes, and next steps.
• Track and manage inbound pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and qualification outcomes to improve performance over time.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, MM & ENT Account Executives, and the BDR Team Lead to refine qualification criteria, messaging, and inbound processes.
• Actively participate in coaching, training, and enablement programs as part of the Yodeck Revenue Academy to develop your sales skills and industry knowledge.

Inbound Business Development Representative

Product Designer

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
• Analyze market trends, and gather insights to inform design decisions, create user journeys, and other UX/UI artifacts.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using, ensuring designs are scalable and align with best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytical data to continually improve the product's user experience.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing support and guidance throughout the development process.
• Actively contribute to the product design process, including ideation sessions, design sprints, and design critiques, while ensuring design consistency and alignment across different product touch-points.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry standards, and share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Advocate for a user-centric approach to product design, championing the importance of usability, accessibility, and delighting the end-user.

Analytics Engineer

• Design and build core data models (Customer, Subscription, Revenue) in Snowflake using dbt, structuring Silver and Gold layers to support reliable reporting and analysis across the business
• Implement and maintain standardised metric logic (MRR, churn, CAC, retention) in collaboration with the Head of Data and stakeholders, ensuring consistent, reusable definitions across all tools
• Implement data quality checks, testing, monitoring and documentation in dbt, ensuring trust and transparency in all data outputs
• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate business questions into structured data models; support BI tools with curated data sources
• Implement and maintain data contracts and model standards in collaboration with the Data Engineer, reducing pipeline breakages and ensuring schema stability
• Continuously improve and evolve data models as business needs change; support self-serve analytics adoption

Analyst

• Own and lead analysis across one or more business domains (Marketing, Revenue, Retention), delivering structured analysis and clear recommendations to senior stakeholders and the Head of Data & Analytics
• Design, build and optimise dashboards and visualisations in BI tools that translate data into actionable insights for business decision-making
• Analyze data across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, churn, retention, expansion) to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities
• Define or refine KPI logic in partnership with stakeholders and Head of Data & Analytics; contribute to roadmap planning by surfacing high-impact opportunities
