About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Create high-quality SEO and GEO content, including blog posts, landing pages, solution pages, and lead magnets.
- - Apply SEO and GEO best practices to create content that is discoverable, citable, and valuable for both users and AI models.
- - Manage content refresh cycles to strengthen the domain's search performance signals.
- - Support GEO initiatives by creating content that strengthens Yodeck's topical authority across multiple touchpoints, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
- - Create and optimize on-page SEO elements across the website, including FAQs, title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and internal links.
- - Turn competitor gaps, AI visibility insights, and bottom-of-funnel opportunities into high-impact, conversion-oriented content.
- - Occasionally support off-page SEO initiatives through guest posting and content distribution.
- - Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to support GTM campaigns, sales enablement content, and educational resources.
- - Stay up to date with search engine updates, AI-driven search trends, GEO best practices, and evolving content guidelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - 2+ years of experience writing SEO content for B2B audiences, preferably in SaaS.
- - Proven track record of creating content that ranks and drives engagement.
- - Familiarity with GEO frameworks and emerging AI search trends.
- - Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling, and benefit-driven content.
- - Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
- - Familiarity with AI tools and content workflows, including Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and other leading models.
- - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- - Ability to work under guidance and mentorship initially, while demonstrating a strong desire to continuously develop SEO and GEO expertise and progressively take ownership of content initiatives.
- Nice-to-Have
- - Experience writing for SaaS, technology, or B2B software companies.
- - Experience with AI visibility and monitoring platforms such as Profound or Peec AI.
- - Understanding of B2B marketing concepts, including MQLs and TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU content strategies.
- - Familiarity with Reddit and other community-driven platforms.
- - Experience using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
