About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and convert inbound SMB opportunities across the Americas region (demo requests, contact requests, signups).
- Manage and convert recycled, dormant, post-trial, and reactivation opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial conversations with prospects.
- Build and develop expansion opportunities within existing SMB accounts.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to improve conversion and revenue performance.
- Participate in coaching, enablement, training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a customer-facing commercial role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable conducting discovery calls, product demos, and customer-facing conversations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Comfortable working toward activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Ability to work a later shift aligned with North American business hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
- Team player with a collaborative and coachable attitude.
- Availability to work a fixed schedule of **13:30–22:00**, aligned with North American business hours.
- **Nice to have**
- SaaS sales experience.
- Experience selling to SMB customers or other segments.
- Experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment.
- Experience re-engaging dormant leads, recycled opportunities, or expansion opportunities.
- Familiarity with sales engagement and prospecting tools.
- Experience working with customers across North America and LATAM.
- Knowledge of digital signage, AV, workplace technology, or related industries.
