About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and convert inbound SMB opportunities across the Americas region (demo requests, contact requests, signups).
  • Manage and convert recycled, dormant, post-trial, and reactivation opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial conversations with prospects.
  • Build and develop expansion opportunities within existing SMB accounts.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to improve conversion and revenue performance.
  • Participate in coaching, enablement, training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a customer-facing commercial role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable conducting discovery calls, product demos, and customer-facing conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Comfortable working toward activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Ability to work a later shift aligned with North American business hours.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
  • Team player with a collaborative and coachable attitude.
  • Availability to work a fixed schedule of **13:30–22:00**, aligned with North American business hours.
  • **Nice to have**
  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling to SMB customers or other segments.
  • Experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment.
  • Experience re-engaging dormant leads, recycled opportunities, or expansion opportunities.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement and prospecting tools.
  • Experience working with customers across North America and LATAM.
  • Knowledge of digital signage, AV, workplace technology, or related industries.
