About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, research, and engage potential channel partners through outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and other channels, using target account lists aligned with Yodeck’s Ideal Partner Profile.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads that fit the prospective partner category, conduct discovery conversations, assess fit against Yodeck’s Ideal Partner Profile and qualification criteria, and progress qualified opportunities toward partner meetings.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Partner Acquisition Managers and ensure complete, accurate, and high-quality handoffs with clear qualification notes, partner context, goals, capabilities, customer fit, and growth potential.
- Leverage intent signals, partner ecosystem insights, referrals, market research, and lookalike analysis to uncover new partner opportunities and improve partner targeting.
- Support early-stage partner nurturing through email sequences, webinars, events, follow-up campaigns, and collaboration with Marketing and Channel Marketing on partner acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, partner data quality, pipeline hygiene, and visibility into outreach, meeting creation, and pipeline generation performance.
- Provide feedback to PAMs, Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales Enablement, and the broader Channel team on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, market trends, qualification learnings, and opportunities to improve outreach and partner pipeline creation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong prospecting, research, and outbound outreach skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable managing both inbound lead flow and outbound pipeline generation activities.
- Curious, coachable, and eager to develop a career in channel sales, partnerships, or revenue growth.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
- Nice to have: Experience working with channel partners, resellers, MSPs, or technology ecosystems.
- Experience with sales engagement tools or prospecting platforms.
- Familiarity with SaaS or B2B technology environments.
- Fluency in German or French.
