• Provide technical guidance to development teams and review designs for compliance with standards.
• Participate in architectural forums within the organisation.
• Leverage core systems like PowerPlatform and Boomi in solution designs for scalability.
• Design systems with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery capabilities, including testing protocols.

Solutions Architect

Manager

• Oversee the implementation of the reward strategy, providing both strategic and operational expertise.
• Manage cyclical reward processes such as salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Finance, Procurement, and external providers to ensure efficient reward operations.
• Maintain job grading structures and manage data integrity, providing insights while upholding best practices and company values.
• Act as custodian of the grading structure and job evaluation framework, ensuring consistency and record accuracy.
• Conduct benchmarking exercises using market data for competitiveness.
• Partner with HR Business Partners for data-driven advice on pay, promotions, and retention strategies.
• Liaise with external providers & Procurement for managing contractors with benefit providers for effective delivery.
• Monitor statutory and market changes for compliance with government requirements.
• Assist employee understanding of reward through clear communications.
• Bring in insights to help shape future Reward Strategy, collaborating with the Head of HR.

Reward Manager

Administration

• Enter and uphold vital master data to guarantee that all information remains accurate and trustworthy
• Main point of contact for questions about master data management, providing clear and timely support
• Analyse data and create reports to help the business spot and resolve potential issues
• Ensure non-conformance is communicated and managed effectively
• Input Master data such as prices, customers, suppliers, product & pack data and carry out peer reviews
• Deliver data within agreed timelines to support functions across the business
• Support the delivery of projects by providing the project link with accurate data and solutions to improve data accuracy and consistency
