About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end samples process, ensuring all health, safety, and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of samples to retailers, working closely with postal and courier providers
  • Maintain accurate records of product ratings and reviews from retailer websites, identifying trends and recommending actions
  • Help National Account Managers with product samples for new launches and key customer activity
  • Deliver product benchmarking insights, including brand information and nutritional comparisons
  • Organise and provide samples for trade events, exhibitions, and internal showcase days
  • Coordinate start, mid-point, and final samples for new product launches and product changes
  • Own benchmarking sample requirements for the customer brand team, ensuring consistency and availability
  • Maintain and update the customer brand library and data systems, including Brandbank (external product content platform)
  • Raise purchase orders and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in an administrative role with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work
  • Strong numeracy and data skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear communication skills with strong organisational capability
