• Coach/train Sales Pros on product knowledge, professional sales techniques, company culture and procedures; motivate Sales Pros to exceed goals and develop professional sales habits; resolve problems on a timely basis; and ensure Sales Pros adhere to company policy.
• Travel in the field with Sales Pros to help develop new accounts and increase sales in current accounts - expected to be ten (10) or more business days a month.

Area Sales Manager

Business Development Rep

• The New Business Development Advisor reports to the Director of Sales, Events but also works closely with the Division VPs for Varsity All Star Fashion.
• Responsible for assigned all star accounts and the sales success of the Small Gym Summit Championship.
• Increase Varsity All Star revenue across assigned event and fashion accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities and at-risk events; strengthen customer relationships to secure and expand team participation.
• Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling, to generate and expand revenue opportunities for Varsity All Star events.
• Re-engage Non-Varsity and Non-USASF customers to bring them back into the Varsity event ecosystem.
• Monitor and report on competitor events and industry trends.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales calls and account activity.

• Provide support to Sales management and Sales Pros, including, assist and train Sales Pros on order entry
• Research vendor issues and check availability of products
• Responsible for returns/replacements for assigned sales pros

• Review and monitor open orders to ensure FIRST CLASS customer service.
• Investigate exception orders and work with other internal teams to find quick and exceptional resolutions to issues that best serve our customer while providing excellent customer service.
• Proactively discover and resolve potential issues such as any order being held up, orders with shortages, past due orders, and order cancelations.
• Assess order discrepancies (late units, shortages or missing items) and determine when replacement orders are necessary.
• Provide status updates to sales and support when issues are identified.
• Send professional emails that are organized, clear, and informative.
• Ensure all inquiries and status updates are sent or responded to within 24 business hours.
