About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Product Managers to define and refine requirements for Yearbook Technology platforms supporting content creation, collaboration, workflow management, e-commerce ordering, production, and fulfillment.
  • Analyze advisor, student, school, and internal user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development-ready requirements.
  • Support product roadmap planning by providing business analysis, product insights, and delivery readiness recommendations.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and solution validation to ensure delivered functionality meets business and customer expectations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of yearbook business processes and serve as a subject matter expert for supported product areas.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to agile delivery practices, requirements management standards, and cross-functional operating models

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems , Computer Science & Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product operations, product delivery, or cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and delivery teams
  • Demonstrated experience working within Agile Scrum teams, including backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Experience partnering directly with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering teams in an Agile product development environment.
  • Experience working in digital product, e -c ommerce, platform modernization, or enterprise application environments preferred
  • Strong expertise in business requirements gathering, BRD creation, process mapping, and functional documentation.
