Customer Support

• Als Customer Experience Specialist beantwortest du Telefonanrufe, E-Mails und Chats und bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Kundinnen und Salonpartnerinnen von Treatwell
• Du bist Expertin für alles, was mit Treatwell zu tun hat, und unterstützt Nutzerinnen bei Themen von Salonsoftware bis hin zum Umgang mit Beschwerden
• Du arbeitest effizient, kannst mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig erledigen und lieferst freundlichen Service bei jeder Interaktion
• Du berichtest an die Teamleitung Customer Experience und arbeitest in einem internationalen Umfeld
• Arbeitsumfang: 24–32 Stunden pro Woche, Montag bis Freitag
• Du bietest bei jeder Interaktion exzellenten Kundenservice
• Du nutzt Tools wie Salesforce und Slack, um Informationen zu dokumentieren und effektiv mit deinem Team zu kommunizieren
• Du löst Probleme und unterstützt konstruktive Gespräche zwischen Kundinnen und Partnerinnen
• Neben dem Support kannst du kommerzielle Fähigkeiten entwickeln und Salonpartner*innen beraten, um ihr Geschäft auszubauen

Customer Experience Specialist, German Speaker

Product Designer

• Solve problems through design across Treatwell’s user journeys and platforms
• Contribute to the entire design process from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation
• Work collaboratively with other product designers, product managers, and engineers in an internationally distributed team
• Report directly to the Design Director
• Collaborate to plan, design, build and evolve products
• Own the strategy for your product area and articulate a coherent UX vision
• Advocate for the user and craft UX solutions that meet critical business objectives
• Work on a range of projects on different platforms
• Lead facilitation of idea generation with stakeholders
• Design with scalability in mind and actively contribute to the design system
• Create simple, intuitive experiences in a space with complex rules and workflows
• Create clear and compelling materials explaining design rationale using customer, business or competitive insights
• Actively seek diverse feedback and anticipate and address it proactively
• Treatwell is a salon management software and bookings platform operating across Europe with 50,000 salon partners and over 8 million bookings monthly
