• Defining a clear product strategy and a partner-focused roadmap for the Calendar & Availability area.
• Driving the implementation of the Calendar & Availability roadmap, helping your team clearly understand the importance of their contributions and work through specific implementation challenges or technical constraints.
• Applying an iterative approach to deliver partner value early and often to test your hypotheses and inform your team’s product roadmap.
• Working with UX research and design to bring the best partner-centric solutions to life.
• Continuously making and communicating product, priority and tradeoff decisions, ensuring that there is shared alignment about desired business impact and partner specific outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with your cross-functional stakeholders, particularly in the Product & Engineering, Sales and Product Support teams, to ensure alignment and manage dependencies.
• Using your ongoing learnings from product analytics, (prospective) partners, stakeholders, market and technology trends to proactively identify new product opportunities to test and validate.

• Beyond support duties, you will also have the opportunity to develop commercial skills by advising our partner salons and helping them grow their business

• You are responsible for acquiring new clients, from prospecting through to contract signing.
• You handle first contact through field and phone prospecting. You proactively seek out new salons through various channels (for example, social media).
• You also support our new partners during their initial onboarding on our platform.
• Your target group ranges from small beauty salons to medium-sized companies.
• You explain our products to potential partners both digitally and on-site at salons.
• You record your activities in our CRM tool, Salesforce.
• Last but not least, teamwork is very important to us and you will be a key player in uniting and energizing the team!
