Key responsibilities & impact

You provide excellent customer service in every interaction
You use tools like Salesforce and Slack to document information and communicate effectively with your team
You resolve issues and facilitate constructive conversations between our customers and partners
You confidently handle a wide range of customer inquiries
In addition to support, you have the opportunity to develop your commercial skills by advising our salon partners and helping them grow their business

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written — in German, Dutch and English
You have a good eye for detail while maintaining efficiency
You are well organized, plan your day effectively and meet your goals
You are available and flexible Monday to Friday
You bring a positive attitude and take proactive ownership of your work
