Customer Experience Specialist, German & Dutch Speaking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You provide excellent customer service in every interaction
- You use tools like Salesforce and Slack to document information and communicate effectively with your team
- You resolve issues and facilitate constructive conversations between our customers and partners
- You confidently handle a wide range of customer inquiries
- In addition to support, you have the opportunity to develop your commercial skills by advising our salon partners and helping them grow their business
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written — in German, Dutch and English
- You have a good eye for detail while maintaining efficiency
- You are well organized, plan your day effectively and meet your goals
- You are available and flexible Monday to Friday
- You bring a positive attitude and take proactive ownership of your work
