Accounting Manager

• Lead and coordinate daily Accounts Payable operations to ensure invoices, payments, and expense reports are processed accurately and timely.
• Review and approve invoice coding to ensure alignment with the company’s chart of accounts and compliance with GAAP.
• Provide guidance, training, and oversight within the Accounts Payable function to ensure consistent process execution.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure completeness and accuracy of AP data for monthly close and reconciliations.
• Serve as a Coupa subject matter expert; assist with issue resolution, workflow routing, and system updates.
• Apply accounting judgment and critical thinking to identify and resolve coding discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Support Coupa T&E module, including policy compliance, employee reimbursements, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business departments to resolve coding discrepancies, obtain necessary approvals, and promote accurate spend reporting.
• Participate in project testing, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives to optimize the procure-to-pay function.
• Assist the AP Manager with reporting, trend analysis, and key performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Ensure internal controls are maintained in accordance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Support audit and compliance requests as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Accounting Team Lead

Manager

• Provide leadership and oversight for Office Managers at both sites, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Partner closely with the sales team to develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each market.
• Champion client experience by maintaining the highest standards of care, service quality, and responsiveness.
• Implement operational best practices that support efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• Monitor key business metrics, ensuring accountability for site performance in client growth, billable hours, margins, and client satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across both sites.
• Represent the organization in the local community, strengthening relationships with clients, families, partners, and referral sources.

Regional Manager

• Building expertise in every phase of TheKey operations, client management, caregiver, staffing, client acquisition, lead intake, client care management, and referral marketing
• Responsible for the location’s financial performance, growth, and profitability
• Lead a cross-functional team supporting clients and caregivers; ensuring that departments deliver quality care to clients
• Creating and sustaining relationships with key partners to build brand awareness and generate new clients for TheKey
• Responding to new inquiries and performing assessments with prospective clients, addressing their questions and concerns, building relationships with their families, and converting them into TheKey clients
• Improving client retention by implementing strong processes and oversight, including regular visits and re-assessments and family & POA communications
• Overseeing day-to-day operations in the assigned location(s)
• Contributing to strategic plans, roadmaps, and goals for assigned market and potential development territories
• Understanding competitors and local industry professionals to lead the competitive landscape and identify high-potential talent
• Leading or supporting recruitment, training, and development of new team members
• Providing after-hours support for partners, prospective and current clients (including evenings and weekends)
• Assisting the billing team to ensure client accounts are up-to-date and communicating with families and/or financial managers as needed for collections issues

General Manager

• Conduct regular home or facility visits to assess client needs (medical, social, functional and psychological)
• Create and implement care plans tailored to each client's unique situation
• Coordinate services and care providers, and advocate for the client's best interest
• Communicate regularly with families and care partners to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and other activities as needed

Care Manager

Director

Directs and coordinates all patient care services provided by the agency.
Ensures that initial, comprehensive, and ongoing patient assessments are performed timely and according to regulatory standards.
Reviews and approves individualized plans of care, ensuring orders are complete, appropriate, and followed.
Coordinates and integrates all services provided to each patient.
Ensures appropriate reassessment and revision of care plans in response to changes in condition.
Provides direct supervision of clinical staff, including registered nurses.
Conducts competency evaluations, skills assessments, and performance reviews of clinical staff in accordance with agency policy and CDPH regulations.
Ensures that all personnel are appropriately qualified, trained, and supervised for the care and services they provide.
Ensures compliance with Title 22, and all CDPH licensing requirements.
Maintains knowledge of, and implements, CDPH All Facility Letters (AFLs) and other directives.
Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) activities as required by state regulations
Provides direct nursing services within scope of RN practice when necessary.
Performs supervisory visits to evaluate the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
Maintains accurate and complete clinical records.
Assists with survey readiness and participates in state inspections and audits.
Collaborates with the Administrator in policy development, staff orientation, in-service education, and compliance monitoring.
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by the Administrator in alignment with agency needs and regulations.
