Director

Directs and coordinates all patient care services provided by the agency.
Ensures that initial, comprehensive, and ongoing patient assessments are performed timely and according to regulatory standards.
Reviews and approves individualized plans of care, ensuring orders are complete, appropriate, and followed.
Coordinates and integrates all services provided to each patient.
Ensures appropriate reassessment and revision of care plans in response to changes in condition.
Provides direct supervision of clinical staff, including registered nurses.
Conducts competency evaluations, skills assessments, and performance reviews of clinical staff in accordance with agency policy and CDPH regulations.
Ensures that all personnel are appropriately qualified, trained, and supervised for the care and services they provide.
Ensures compliance with Title 22, and all CDPH licensing requirements.
Maintains knowledge of, and implements, CDPH All Facility Letters (AFLs) and other directives.
Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) activities as required by state regulations
Provides direct nursing services within scope of RN practice when necessary.
Performs supervisory visits to evaluate the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
Maintains accurate and complete clinical records.
Assists with survey readiness and participates in state inspections and audits.
Collaborates with the Administrator in policy development, staff orientation, in-service education, and compliance monitoring.
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by the Administrator in alignment with agency needs and regulations.
