About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Planning and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain financial models and recurring reports with precision and timeliness.
  • Support the forecast and budget process through accurate, well-organized schedules.
  • Conduct variance and trend analysis, developing an understanding of the underlying business drivers.
  • Gather and validate data and manage inputs to ensure analyses reconcile to source systems.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting workflows, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort.
  • Develop fluency in the operational drivers, KPIs, and economics of home care.
  • Communicate findings clearly and escalate issues promptly.
  • Apply approved AI tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.A. or B.S. in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • One to three years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to a multi-site services or healthcare business (preferred).
  • Experience with Planful, Workday Adaptive Planning, Power BI, or another EPM or BI platform (preferred).
  • Experience using AI-enabled productivity, reporting, or analytical tools (preferred).
