• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, budget administration, and forecasting for University Housing and Dining (UHD)

Engineer

• Analyze cause, recommend and implement solutions for problems related to mechanical, electrical, and other complex building systems under existing conditions or resulting from renovation/new building systems.
• Assist with developing, documenting, and continuously improving maintenance procedures and guidelines by staying abreast of the latest technology improvements in preventive maintenance and other facilities maintenance activities of existing, renovated and new systems.
• Manage maintenance repair projects, including budget oversight, communicating with customers, coordinating with other work groups, and directing contractors.
• Review design drawings and specifications for HVAC controls and other mechanical/electrical systems tied to new construction and renovation projects to ensure energy efficiency, maintainability, and compliance with standards.
• Provide technical input on construction projects to arrive at the best life cycle cost solution for mechanical and electrical systems.

Maintenance and Projects Engineer

Learning and Development

• Coordinate the development of curricula and training programs to achieve specified learning outcomes for staff at all levels
• In partnership with appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs), including dining managers, chefs and dietitians, design learning opportunities based in competency theory, deliver training using effective modalities, and create training materials to support operational needs
• Collaborate with staff tasked with providing training
• Provide train-the-trainer guidance to ensure consistency and quality of programs and materials produced by these functional trainers
• Collaborate with other UHD Trainers to share resources and expertise when training needs converge across UHD units

Senior Training Coordinator, Dining

Human Resources

• Manage the HR customer service desk, ensuring prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support for managers, staff, and applicants.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Supervise full-time staff and student employees, assigning tasks, providing coaching and mentorship, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting professional development to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.

Fleet Administrative Specialist

Security Engineer

• Monitors lobby and desk areas during shift for safety and security.
• Monitors door access and camera system and report suspicious activity to supervisor and/or authorities.

• Handles emergency procedures in accordance with University Housing and Dining (UHD) policies and procedures as outlined in the Resident Manual and the Night Operations and Desk Manual.

• Check student IDs entering between the hours of 12AM and 8AM.
• Enforce University and Residence Hall rules and regulations.

Residence Hall Security Coordinator

• Develop and validate multi-physics, silicon-calibrated TCAD models for 3DHI devices and interfaces to predict performance and reliability.
• Develop and own TCAD modeling frameworks for advanced devices and interfaces relevant to 3DHI, including hybrid bonding contacts, TSVs, BEOL interconnects, and emerging device structures.
• Perform multi-physics simulations (electrical, thermal, mechanical, and reliability) to predict performance, variability, and failure mechanisms across stacked, heterogeneous die systems.
• Co-optimize devices, interconnect, and packaging designs by working closely with process integration, packaging, and circuit teams to close the loop between fabrication, measurement, and simulation.
• Calibrate and validate TCAD models using silicon data from wafer-level test vehicles and process monitors; drive model-to-hardware correlation across corners and stress conditions.
• Define simulation methodologies and best practices for 3D device and interface modeling (e.g., contact resistance, current crowding, electromigration, thermo-mechanical stress).
• Engage with foundry, EDA, and materials partners to influence next-generation TCAD tool features and process design enablement for 3D-stacked systems.
• Author technical documentation, modeling guidelines, and reference flows to support ecosystem adoption of TIE’s device and interface platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, setting standards for modeling rigor and engineering judgment across the organization.

Senior/Principal TCAD Engineer

• Assist the security services shop with maintenance and repair work with the ongoing operations of the residence halls for University Housing and Dining (UHD)
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks independently or may assist journey-level craft workers with work orders
• Assist in providing a comfortable living environment for students in residence halls
• Assist security service shop staff in the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of locking hardware, exit devices and low voltage access equipment
• Assist security service shop with rekeying all types of locking hardware, work with master key systems, key cutting machines and key software
• Complete work orders provided by the departments supervisor or manager for residence halls and general building repairs
• Communicate daily with supervisor and or manager on status of work orders that may need assistance from other trades
• Sign out, track, and account for all inventory used and/or taken from the shop
• Change power supplies, transformers, switches, outlets and perform minor electrical and low voltage (24V) repairs in the residence halls
• Daily walkthroughs in mechanical rooms, checking access equipment power supplies and replacing as needed as well as distinguishing between different colored wires, using various tools, and equipment to complete tasks
• Reporting any large issues to supervisor or manager that may need assistance from outside vendors
• Carry a UT cell phone and be on the on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as requested
• Perform and respond to emergency repairs 24/7 and facilitate completion as needed

• Serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant to departments in assessing training needs, identifying performance gaps, and recommending appropriate learning solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain engaging training content for instructor-led, virtual, and online formats.
• Ensure training materials align with University Housing and Dining values, policies, and strategic priorities.
• Facilitate high quality training sessions and workshops.
• Lead and conduct comprehensive needs assessments to inform training design, delivery methods, and resource allocation.

Senior Training Specialist

Support Engineer

• Provide timely computer desktop and technology support, various IT services, knowledge, and solutions to UHD end-users.
• Understand technology issues by listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes, and using resources to research and solve problems.

• Operate and test the functionality of all AV and integrated conference rooms.
• Perform routine testing and problem diagnosis for projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and displays.
