About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide journey level and/or Master Multi-Crafted technical trade skills in the maintenance, repair, installation, and operation of maintenance work
Perform HVAC (primary) skills in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, and other multi-crafted work
Analyze computer-generated work orders and prioritize work
Use troubleshooting techniques to identify system malfunctions
Complete and submit paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school graduation or GED
At least 5 years of experience building construction, mechanical, or utilities trade specified with at least 3 of those years being journey level experience
Experience with tools and equipment common to the trades specified
