About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan leadership retreats and create opportunities for leadership development and team building.
  • Co-create and implement assessment plan for students participating in leadership development opportunities.
  • Research and share resources with student leaders and advisors.
  • Support and assist the Manager for Student Leadership and Advising with development and implementation of student leadership opportunities for Residence Life.
  • Present small and large scale programs, activities, and training for students and staff.
  • Attend departmental meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Admitted to the University of Texas at Austin’s Graduate Program
  • Graduate students enrolled for master's and/or Doctoral degree in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy.
  • Graduate students with experience or background in housing and Residence Life.
