Vice President, Enterprise Strategy

Account Manager

• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and optimization by using data tools and knowledge of customer, deliver the opportunities to the customer and devise plans for implementation, and, with the customer, execute on the plans.
• Negotiate, execute and manage the customer contract agreement process, ensuring global linkage of resources and information sharing.
• Provide consultative industry and Mastercard insights and expertise via business reviews conducted 1:1 or via 1:many webinar depending on customer size.

• Maintain all regional, generalist, specialist, and overlay assignments, ensuring clear coverage, non-duplication, and consistent global standards.

• Own the global design standards for incentive plans and sales awards across regional and specialist selling roles
• Define/maintain role groupings (generalist vs. specialist), eligibility rules, crediting principles, and participation guidelines for incentives and awards globally
• Set and maintain pay mix targets (base/incentive leverage) and market benchmarking inputs by role/level/geo to support competitiveness and talent outcomes
• Design plan structures and mechanics (measures, weighting, thresholds, quotas/targets, gates, accelerators, decelerators, caps/floors)

• Global quota algorithm deployment: Design and deploy the annual quota-setting algorithm translating top‑down Finance and production goals into seller-, role-, and territory-level quotas globally.
• Cross‑functional target integration: Integrate all KPI-, product-, and initiative-based targets from Finance, Product, Regions, and Specialist teams into a single, coherent quota framework.
• Quota validation & governance: Operate the annual quota validation process, facilitating a defined two‑week review with Sales leadership and Finance business partners and incorporating approved adjustments.
