• Partner directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements
• Support proofs of concept, pilot implementations, and production-oriented deployments
• Troubleshoot integration issues and help customers build within their own environments
• Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to unblock customer progress
• Represent the company credibly in technical conversations with senior engineers and enterprise stakeholders

Account Executive

• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation and close.
• Identify, source, and develop new enterprise opportunities through outbound efforts, events, and in-person meetings.
• Engage deeply with technical and security leaders to understand their challenges and position the company’s AI infrastructure platform effectively.
• Work closely with founders and engineers to shape pitches, demos, and messaging.
• Multi-thread complex enterprise deals and shepherd prospects through a consultative, high-velocity sales process.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings in NYC, SF, and other locations as needed.
• Help build early sales processes, playbooks, and repeatable GTM frameworks.
• Provide customer insights to product and leadership teams to guide roadmap decisions.

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, scoping, demos, solutioning, negotiation, and close
• Convert inbound demand efficiently; develop targeted outbound motions where effective
• Communicate clear business value to finance and accounting decision-makers (e.g., CFO, Controller, FP&A, RevOps)
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasts; consistently meet or exceed targets
• Capture customer insights to inform product roadmap and GTM experimentation
• Represent our partner at select industry events; occasional travel as needed
