• Reporting to the SVP of Accounting, the Director of Accounting will lead Spring Health’s revenue and general ledger accounting functions. This hybrid role is part of the Finance team and is responsible for driving an accurate and timely month-end close, managing interim and annual audits, and ensuring operational excellence across accounting operations. Systems Engineer

• Report to the Associate Director, IT Systems Engineering and have a dotted line to the VP of FP&A; design the data model and pipelines that power Spring’s financial forecasting and planning activities in Pigment.
• Serve as a key subject matter expert, working cross-functionally with teams to build and maintain a best-in-class planning environment.
