- Role: Director of Clinical Operations (Dedicated On-Site) leading on-site clinical programs for employer partners at Spring Health, embedded within partners' workplaces, NYC.\n
- What you’ll do: Lead strategic implementation and continuous optimization of clinical operations for dedicated on-site services, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs; Serve as a clinical subject matter expert, collaborating with customer success, sales, and product teams to optimize existing customer programs.\n
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of clinical leaders and a large frontline team, fostering professional growth; Cultivate a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration; Develop and implement strategies for professional development and performance management; Drive standardization of clinical protocols; Lead change management initiatives.\n
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency, utilize data to identify trends and optimize program performance; Oversee resolution of escalations in partnership with leadership; Identify and support process improvements across dedicated employer services.\n
- What success looks like: Customer and member satisfaction; Operational efficiency; Team retention; Employee engagement; Cost to operate; Clinical quality performance.\n
- What you’ll bring: 8+ years leadership, 5+ years behavioral health/clinical ops/EAP, active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN), proven team-building, change leadership, executive presence, high urgency, adaptability, willingness to travel 5-10%.\n
- The target base salary range for this position is $164,900 - $214,450, plus stock options and benefits.
Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership or management experience, with proven experience leading teams of 100+ people\n
- 5+ years of experience in behavioral health, clinical operations, or EAP\n
- Active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN)\n
- Demonstrated experience building and growing high performing teams that exceed key performance indicators\n
- Expert in change leadership within a rapidly evolving environment\n
- Strong executive presence and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders from the senior leadership to the frontline\n
- Demonstrated commitment to building thriving teams and fostering a connected community of leaders and clinicians\n
- High sense of urgency and results focus combined with a service orientation, naturally relentless in overcoming barriers with speed and quality\n
- Excitement about working in a rapidly changing organization, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving environments\n
- Willingness to travel 5-10%
